30 minute initial consultation done as a video call.

We will discuss your specific needs, expectations and current situation

This call will include - a posture assessment and an introduction to my methods of training which follow on from Functional Patterns, Human Biomechanics and my life long search into bodily movement.

Initial Call Consultation

Small Group or Couples training.

A more holistic approach to your movement in the company of family or friends.

Together we will run through a program of exercises and movements designed to specifically target and strengthen pain points throughout your body.

Fun, supportive group sessions to bring harmony and balance to your body.

Whole Team Taster Sessions

Targeted towards Sports teams, Schools, Local clubs, Business teams and community centres.

These larger group sessions offer a taster into the importance of functional movement and the benefits it can bring to your daily life and activity.

About Me

Movement and feeling good in our bodies is integral to a well lived life. Exercise and activity have been huge driving factors for me over the years.

From my time working as a Nurse Practitioner I have seen the struggles and pain that people live with on a daily basis. I have studied various forms of movement and body training in order counteract the difficulties and imbalances that many of us face within our bodies. I am dedicated to help you achieve optimal health, movement and longevity.
